How to publish this file

    

  1. Host the file at a stable HTTPS URL you control and serve it as text/csv — for example https://example.com/geofeed.csv.
    2. 

  2. Point your RIR record at it. At ARIN, add a Geofeed: remark to the comments of each covering net or Org; RIPE and APNIC use a geofeed: attribute. Providers discover the file from that record, not from a web page.

  3. One line per prefix. Keep prefixes at the network address and avoid contradictory overlapping entries — the most specific match wins.

  4. Update the file when addresses move. Most providers re-read it on their own schedule, from days to weeks.

  5. Postal codes are allowed but rarely used, and they narrow the location more than most networks intend. Blank is a fine answer.
