Depending on how these tools are configured and used, certain disclosures of online identifiers, internet/network activity, business-contact information, or inferences may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or profiling under certain state privacy laws. Full Span does not currently use paid advertising or retargeting tools, but may do so in the future.
