The Accelecom disconnect notice, which was sent by the commonwealth of Kentucky, indicated services could be terminated in a little as 30 days unless some type of agreement was reached otherwise. There was little information offered otherwise other than that the Accelcom agreement with the KentuckyWired network was ending.
